When you sign up for private pension savings or choose a specified personal pension, you need to decide how your savings are invested. At Gildi, you can choose between three investment options depending on how much risk you are willing to take.
Framtíðarsýn 1
Highest risk, highest expected return
This option aims for higher long-term returns, but fluctuations in returns may also be greater. Approximately 65% of the savings are invested in bonds and 35% in stocks.
This option is best suited for younger individuals and those planning to save for a long period, for example, for several decades.
This option offers a balance between security and returns. Approximately 80% of the savings are invested in bonds and deposits, while 20% are invested in stocks.
This option is suitable for those who want to limit risk and avoid significant fluctuations.
In this option, all savings are invested in indexed deposits. Returns are stable but generally lower than in the other options over the long term.
This option is suitable for those who want to avoid risk. It is also appropriate for individuals who are about to begin withdrawals or have already started taking withdrawals.
