Reduction in variable interest rates

The Board of Directors of Gildi Pension Fund has decided to reduce the variable interest rate on indexed fund member loans, with the change taking effect on 5 June. Variable interest rates on basic loans, previously 3.05%, are reduced to 2.85%. Following the change, variable interest rates on supplementary loans will be 3.6%, having previously been 3.8% Other interest rates remain unchanged.

Fund member loan terms at Gildi Pension Fund remain among the most favourable available on the mortgage market.
