Merger agreement to be presented at Gildi’s Extraordinary Annual Meeting on 5 November

Gildi Pension Fund hereby convenes an Extraordinary Annual Meeting on Thursday, 5 November, at 17:00 at Grand Hótel Reykjavík. At the meeting, the merger agreement between Gildi and Festa Pension Fund will be presented for approval, together with amendments to the Fund’s Articles of Association. The meeting is open to all fund members.

The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

• The Fund’s position and operations in 2026.
• The merger agreement with Festa and amendments to the Articles of Association in connection with the merger, for approval.
• A proposal to amend Gildi’s accrual table due to updated actuarial assumptions.
• Other business.
