Agenda and arrangements for Gildi's 2024 Annual General Meeting
Gildi Pension Fund's 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 24 April at 17:00 at Hótel Reykjavík Grand, in the Háteigur meeting room. All fund members are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting with the right to speak and to propose motions. Motions for resolutions to be considered at the Annual General Meeting must be submitted to the fund's board no later than one week before the meeting.
Agenda of the Annual General Meeting:
- Board's report.
- Presentation of the annual accounts.
- Presentation of the actuarial assessment, investment policy and shareholder policy.
- Proposed amendments to the articles of association.
- Remuneration policy – for confirmation.
- Election/appointment of the board.
- Determination of board members' remuneration.
- Election of a committee on board members' remuneration.
- Election of an auditor or audit firm.
- Election of an external member to the audit and risk committee.
- Other matters.

Please note that representatives on Gildi's representative council who wish to exercise their voting rights at the meeting must attend in person.
